• It may take a minute or two for the email to travel to your inbox.
• Hit 'Send/Receive' or "Get Messages" on your email client to check for email immediately. Normally, email clients only check for email every 5 minutes so as not to hammer your email server.
• Check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails end up in your spam folder.
• If that fails then Phone or Email us

  If after 10 minutes, if you do not get an email with your username and password, something along the email path has blocked the email.

  If you get a "blank" email with no username and password, then some mis-configured spam filter along the email path has removed it.
